Buying a ticket online

To purchase a ticket online, the client must provide their name, credit card number, an email address and a telephone number. Once the purchase has been completed, the client must print* the online ticket, which constitutes the official travel document and must be shown to the personnel on the bus.

A seat on the bus will be booked for you when you purchase a ticket.

Refunds

Tickets may be refunded up to 60 minutes prior to departure of the bus your ticket is booked on. The refund will be 90% of the price of the ticket. In order to request a refund, send an email including your name and details of the ticket purchased to info@difonzobus.com. Then, prior to the departure of the bus, go personally to one of the travel agencies where tickets are sold.

Departure changing

For a small fee (1€) bookings may be modified up to 60 minutes prior to departure of the bus your ticket is booked on. In order to request changing your booking to a different departure time, send an email including your name and details of the ticket purchased to info@difonzobus.com. Then, prior to the departure of the bus, go personally to one of the travel agencies where tickets are sold.
